• All accommodation is non-smoking.
• Under no account can be the numbers of persons / room exceeded.
• The owners shall be allowed to obtain access to accommodation to tidy rooms.
• To allow time to prepare rooms for incoming guests, rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
• Rooms are available after 4pm.
• Linen, electricity and heating are inclusive. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN TOWELS FOR THE BEACH.
• All breakage must be paid for.
• We are proud of our accommodation and we try our best to give our guests a wonderful holiday, and hope that they wish to return again, therefore guests who leave their rooms overly untidy will not be allowed to book again.
• Televisions are set in every room (which we cover with our licence), also tea/coffee facilities and en-suites.
• Until 2007 we have no facilities for dogs. No pets are allowed in rooms. Dogs can be left overnight in cars only if they are not to bark and annoy other guests. Dogs are not to be left on the premises during the day, let off lead and must be cleaned up after.
• Our M1/ family room B&B accommodation benefits from a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay as easy as possible, however, if it is used we have to charge a cleaning fee of £15-00.
• At the time of booking 20% of the bill is payable immediately by credit card or by cheque (only if received 28 working days before arrival date.
• The balance of the bill is payable 28 days before arrival, and can be paid by credit card, cash, building society cheque or personal cheque. All bookings made after 28 days should be paid for in full with all funds clearing by arrival date.
• Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Visitors who cancel less than 28 days before arrival will not have their deposit returned. Cancellation with insurance requires supporting evidence such as doctors note or redundancy notice.
• No contract in providing a holiday exists until the booking form is completed (by post or e-mail), the deposit is paid and written confirmation is received by the hirer either by writing (by post or by e-mail).
• It should be noted that the contents of your private accommodation are not insured under our insurance policy and must be insured separately (often your house-hold insurance will cover you).
