Rosecare Villa Farm sits on a site inhabited for 1500 years, and ranges itself between 500 and 200 years old, the name is derived from Roscarne- high holy place. Formally it was a slate captains house which accounts for its abundance about the building. Now a working smallholding, our menagerie wanders freely amongst an abundance of wildlife.
All our Bed and Breakfast rooms are converted from the original stone barns, around a courtyard, giving everyone their own front door and independence, mixed with our hospitality.
Children are welcome, but please note that we have no entertainment facilities as we expect that the fabulous local countryside and attractions will suffice.
The self-catering converted hayloft, we think anyone would agree, has the wow factor. It sleeps two, but can squeeze in a cot, and comes fully equipped. As always, all our prices are inclusive of electricity, heating, bed linen and room (not beach) towels.
We aim to help if possible. We have a laundry room and drying areas, we can help mend most bicycle problems, daily papers, even local baby sitters can be arranged.
Our B&B rooms all comply with disabled access ratings M1 toM3. However, we hope that you don't think that they look so, we just want to make things easy for you. Our M1/ family room accommodation even includes a fully equipped kitchen as we realise that it is not always easy to eat out (though full use of the kitchen incurs a small cleaning charge).
Dinners are not routinely available, however, when they are we do recommend that you partake.
Pets are not allowed in rooms.
